I've spent most of my career in the midst of complexity, leading diverse international teams, navigating change, and discovering what it really takes to motivate people. What I observed repeatedly, is that the most transformative moments rarely come from a new framework or structure. They come when people are given the space and support to be genuinely creative.
That insight changed the way I work. Today I combine professional coaching with expressive arts. Using imagery, storytelling, and writing to help individuals and teams creatively access new perspectives, lead more authentically, and move forward with purpose.
I work with people who are open to step out of conventional paths for a different experience.

Dies van der Sande
I've been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, which means I know firsthand what it takes to keep reinventing yourself, stay curious, and find new ways forward when the path isn't clear. Change hasn't just been a theme in my work. It's been a constant in my life.
That experience shapes everything I do as a coach, consultant, and workshop facilitator. I believe creativity and communication are at the heart of how people grow and how teams truly come alive. My approach is personal and practical: I meet people where they are, whether that's a team navigating a difficult transition or an individual searching for more clarity and direction in work and life.
